  • Supervise day-to-day construction activities
  • Ensure work is executed as per drawings and specifications
  • Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors
  • Monitor labor productivity and resource utilization
  • Setting Out & Surveying
  • Perform site layout, level marking, and alignment
  • Operate Total Station / Auto Level
  • Verify structural dimensions and elevations
  • Quality Control
  • Inspect materials delivered to site
  • Conduct quality checks (slump test, cube test, etc.)
  • Ensure work complies with standards and codes
  • Maintain quality documentation
  • Quantity & Billing
  • Prepare Bar Bending Schedule (BBS)
  • Measure work quantities
  • Verify contractor bills
  • Assist in BOQ preparation
  • Documentation & Reporting
  • Maintain daily progress reports (DPR)
  • Update project schedules
  • Coordinate with design and planning teams
