Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an AI Transformation Lead located in Alexandria, Egypt. The AI Transformation Lead will focus on driving the integration of AI technologies within business operations, collaborating with various teams to identify opportunities for AI solutions, managing end-to-end project implementation, and ensuring successful deployment. The role involves defining AI-driven strategies, guiding technical teams, staying updated on industry trends, and translating business goals into actionable AI initiatives while ensuring ethical AI practices.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Data Science Proven experience in project management, strategy implementation, and cross-functional team leadership Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Understanding of ethical AI practices and ability to design responsible solutions Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Advanced degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Analytics, or a related field Experience with programming languages such as Python, R, or similar tools and frameworks Knowledge of HR technologies and their potential for AI integration is a plus
