Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Representative (C1 English Speaker) located in Qesm El Maadi, Cairo, Egypt. The Customer Service Representative will handle inbound and outbound customer interactions, resolve inquiries, and ensure exceptional service delivery across a range of customer touchpoints. The role involves working in rotational shifts (24/7) and collaborating with internal teams to maintain the company’s customer satisfaction standards.

Qualifications
C1 level English fluency is mandatory

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work rotational shifts and rotational days off

Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills

Presentable and professional demeanor

Ability to work on-site in Maadi

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Preferred academic background from MSA, AAST, or Nile University

Previous experience in a customer service or BPO environment is a plus

For female applicants: last shift ends at 10 PM max
