REME-D is looking for Technical Support & Sales Representative
Location : New Cairo
Industry : Health and human services. 
Job Purpose
To drive revenue growth by identifying sales opportunities while providing high-level technical
expertise. This role involves managing the full sales cycle—from prospecting and technical
presentations to after-sales application support and troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales 
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in hospitals, private labs, and research
centers.
- Manage the sale of reagents, consumables, and laboratory equipment.
- Prepare technical and commercial quotations and follow up on tenders (MOH,
University hospitals, etc.).
2. Technical Support & Application
- Perform on-site installation and validation of reagents and diagnostic kits.
- Provide technical training to lab technicians and doctors on proper product usage.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to &false results," reagent stability, or equipment
calibration.
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for existing clients to ensure &
downtime.
3. Market Intelligence & Reporting
- Provide regular reports on market trends and competitor activities.
- Maintain an updated CRM database of client interactions and equipment 
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Science (Biochemistry/Chemistry), Biotechnology, or
Biomedical Engineering.
- Experience: 2–4 years in the medical laboratory market (previous experience with
reagents/automated analyzers is highly preferred
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of PCR, ELISA, Clinical Chemistry, or Hematology
workflows.
