  • As a Full Stack Engineer with a strong backend focus, you'll be working on the core of what makes Ayra tick — backend architecture, third-party integrations, voice AI agents, chat agents, and real automated workflows that perform actions inside our clients' businesses. 
  • You must be comfortable using AI tools like Cursor and Claude Code to accelerate your work. We are an AI-first team — every engineer here uses AI to move faster and build better.
  • What You'll Work On:
  • Backend systems and API integrations with platforms our clients depend on daily
  • Voice AI agents and chat agents that interact with real customers in real time
  • Automated workflows that take action inside businesses — scheduling, CRM updates, follow-ups, and more
  • Our native workflow application and internal tooling
  • Frontend interfaces built in React / Next.js when needed
