  • Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap aligned with business goals and customer needs.
  • Gather, analyze, and prioritize requirements from stakeholders, especially within the laboratory and healthcare domain.
  • Manage and maintain the product backlog, ensuring it is well-defined, prioritized, and up to date.
  • Work closely with development teams (designers, developers, QA) to deliver high-quality software solutions.
  • Translate business requirements into clear user stories with acceptance criteria.
  • Act as the main point of contact between stakeholders and the development team.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Reviews, Retrospectives).
  • Ensure the product delivers value to customers and meets market needs.
  • Monitor product performance and gather user feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, especially in laboratory management systems (LIMS) and healthcare software.
