Prepare the annual supply chain plan, including raw materials, production planning, and supply scheduling for branches and warehouses.
Analyze sales forecasts in collaboration with Sales and Marketing to determine actual material and product requirements.
Develop short- and medium-term plans to align production with real demand, minimizing waste or stock shortages.
Establish clear forward-planning policies and update them periodically based on performance results.
Manage regular cross-functional meetings (Procurement – Production – Quality – Inventory – Sales) to ensure execution alignment.
Set periodic production plans and required quantities (weekly/monthly/annual) according to market and sales needs.
Develop and control planning procedures to ensure compliance with approved business policies.
Monitor the execution of production plans internally and externally (outsourced manufacturing), addressing deviations or delays.
Enhance planning tools, improve forecast accuracy, and optimize resource utilization.
Second: Procurement & Sourcing Management
Oversee all local and international purchasing operations, ensuring compliance with required technical specifications and timelines.
Develop procurement plans based on operational needs and production schedules.
Ensure adherence to procurement policies and procedures while integrating purchasing data with relevant departments.
Build strategic relationships with approved suppliers and monitor performance in terms of quality, cost, and delivery commitment.
Review and approve purchase orders, ensuring alignment with approved budgets.
Conduct periodic supplier evaluations and implement development or disqualification programs based on defined performance criteria (Supplier Evaluation System).
Participate in contract negotiations and reduce total purchasing costs without compromising quality.
Third: Planning & Production
Manage production planning based on available capacity and market demand.
Prepare monthly and quarterly production plans in coordination with the Factory Manager to ensure timely fulfillment.
Review actual production schedules and ensure operational teams adhere to approved plans.
Evaluate production performance, analyze deviations between plans and actual output, and take corrective actions.
Develop production performance KPIs such as on-time delivery, operational efficiency, and actual output rates.
Fourth: Final Quality Control (Final QC)
Establish final product quality policies and standards in line with Le Voile’s brand identity and approved quality level.
Follow up on final inspection results at factories and warehouses before dispatch to branches.
Analyze rejection and return causes from branches and implement improvement plans in collaboration with Production and suppliers.
Ensure strict adherence to quality and inspection procedures across all manufacturing, packing, and transportation stages.
Prepare analytical reports on defect rates, damages, and final inspection pass rates.
Conduct periodic evaluations to select outsourced manufacturing facilities and present reports to top management.
Fifth: Process Control & Integration
Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all supply chain stages to ensure clarity and avoid departmental overlap.
Integrate data and processes across departments (Planning – Procurement – Inventory Control – Production – Finance) to ensure workflow efficiency.
Periodically review and update operational procedures in line with business requirements.
Sixth: Operational Performance Development
Analyze the full supply chain cycle to identify efficiency, cost, and time improvement opportunities.
Develop KPIs to measure the effectiveness of each function (Procurement – Planning – QC – Inventory).
Contribute to process automation and optimize ERP system usage to reduce human errors and accelerate decision-making.
Support supply chain budgeting, cost estimation, and operational cost control.
Lead operational transformation and improvement initiatives in collaboration with Finance, Sales, and HR.
Seventh: Team Management & Leadership
Directly supervise department managers and conduct periodic performance evaluations.
Set clear operational objectives for each department aligned with overall supply chain KPIs.
Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and data accuracy.
Develop second-line leaders through continuous training and professional mentoring.
Ensure full compliance with company policies and internal procedures across all managed departments.
