Job Description

We are hiring Pharmacists to join our Technical Support Team and work on our internal pharmacy system. This role is ideal for pharmacists who are detail-oriented, have strong technical capabilities, and enjoy solving problems. The position requires working on-site from our Damascus or Egypt office.

Responsibilities:

• Handle client issues and complaints via phone calls, ticketing system, and live chat.
• Provide technical support and resolve client issues promptly and professionally.
• Manage and analyze data using spreadsheets (Microsoft Excel).
• Maintain and update medical data in the system to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance company systems and workflows.
• Previous experience with CRM systems or healthcare/pharmacy-related systems is preferred.
• Must be based in Damascus or Egypt and willing to work on-site (not remote).

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in using spreadsheets (Microsoft Excel).
• High technical aptitude with the ability to adapt quickly to new systems.
• Excellent customer service skills, with patience and professionalism.
• Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
• Preferred: Previous experience in a similar role and familiarity with healthcare systems (e.g., PBM).

Preferred Background

• Pharmacists with previous experience at TPA / Healthcare Administration companies such as GlobMed Staff, Best Assistant, or other existing TPAs, with exposure to health insurance workflows, claim management, and pharmacy system processes.
• Pharmacists with strong English communication skills.
• Computer Engineers who worked in Technical Support roles.
• Candidates from IT companies in Damascus and Egypt who have experience in system support and troubleshooting.
