Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Alexandria, Egypt, for a Call Center Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries by phone, email, or chat, provide prompt and professional support, and ensure customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include resolving issues, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions. You will collaborate with the team to improve processes and enhance service quality.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Experience Skills in delivering Customer Satisfaction and ensuring excellent Customer Service Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus) High school diploma or equivalent (degree in business or a related field is advantageous) Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred Proficiency in using communication tools and CRM software
