Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Cairo for a Broker with real estate experience. The responsibilities include facilitating real estate transactions, conducting property evaluations, advising clients on buying, selling, and renting properties, and maintaining strong client relationships. The Broker will coordinate property showings, negotiate deals, ensure compliance with real estate laws, and stay up-to-date on market trends to support clients effectively.
Qualifications Proficiency in Brokerage and Real Estate operations Experience in Sales and Customer Service, with a strong client-focused approach Knowledge of Real Property and understanding of the local real estate market Excellent negotiation and communication skills Ability to build and maintain professional relationships Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Prior experience in real estate or a related field is a MUST
