Manage end-to-end recruitment process
Conduct interviews and coordinate hiring
Handle onboarding and documentation

Manage employee files and contracts
Ensure compliance with Egyptian labor law
Handle social insurance procedures
???? Payroll & Compensation
Prepare monthly payroll data
Monitor attendance, overtime, and leaves
Coordinate with finance for salary processing

Assist in implementing performance appraisal system
Handle employee complaints and disciplinary actions
Support management in HR decisions
