  • Manage and execute daily accounting transactions related to sales, collections, and expenses.
  • Record customer invoices, receipts, and daily adjustments accurately and on time.
  • Monitor customer collections and ensure balances match accounting records.
  • Prepare periodic bank reconciliations and customer/vendor reconciliations.
  • Supervise daily treasury transactions and ensure physical cash matches accounting records.
  • Prepare and submit periodic financial reports to the head office.
  • Participate in periodic inventory counts and vehicle audits, reviewing discrepancies.
  • Ensure full compliance with company financial policies and maintain data confidentiality.
