  • Job Summary:
  • The Pasta Production Engineer is responsible for managing and optimizing pasta manufacturing operations to ensure maximum productivity, product quality, and cost efficiency. The role requires solid experience in food manufacturing, process control, and continuous improvement within automated production lines.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise daily pasta production activities (mixing, extrusion, drying, packaging).
  • Ensure production targets (volume, efficiency, waste control) are achieved.
  • Monitor process parameters to maintain consistent product quality standards.
  • Implement GMP, HACCP, and food safety requirements.
  • Coordinate with Maintenance to minimize downtime and improve machine performance.
  • Analyze production data and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Control raw material usage and reduce production losses.
  • Lead and train production operators and shift teams.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and company policies.
