Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Executive – Medical Network to join our team. If you have a passion for healthcare, excellent negotiation skills, and a knack for building strong provider relationships, this opportunity is for you!
Key Responsibilities:• Identify and reach out to new healthcare providers to expand the network• Manage relationships with existing providers to ensure satisfaction and retention• Negotiate and manage contracts and Prices with providers, • Handle daily tasks including complaints, online tickets, price approvals, and hospital cases.• Ensure agreements comply with organizational standards and regulations• Develop strategies for network expansion in targeted areas or specialties• Analyze market trends, competitor networks, and prices.
Qualifications Required:• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or any medical field from a reputable university (MUST)• 1-3 years of experience in Medical Network & Contracting (MUST)• Excellent command of the English language (MUST)• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills• Analytical thinking with the ability to analyze market trends and data• Attention to detail in managing contracts and compliance• Excellent organizational skills to handle multiple priorities• Problem-solving aptitude for quick issue resolution
