JOB PURPOSESupervision of operational CBE daily, weekly, and monthly reports submission across front-line units specific- & financial inclusion reports.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in a relevant field (e.g., Finance, Economics). - 5+ years of experience primarily in CBE reporting. - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex findings. - Ability to supervise a team. - Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. CBE Reporting: • Collaborate with different teams to produce CBE-intended reports. • Responsible for CBE reporting of the various activities. 2. Reporting: • Implement and maintain standard reporting frameworks to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics. 3. Team Leadership: • Supervise a team of specialists, providing coaching and feedback to foster professional growth. • Conduct regular quality assurance checks to ensure high-quality 4.
