We are looking for Finance Manager for one of our clients in the Textile Industry, located in Gesr El-Suez,Egypt.
Role Description Lead the full financial function including Accounting, Reporting, Budgeting, Forecasting, and Cash Flow Management. Oversee retail financial operations, including inventory costing, stock valuation, margin analysis, and shrinkage control. Develop and monitor annual budgets, financial plans, and performance forecasts. Ensure accurate preparation of monthly financial statements, P&L, and management reports. Monitor working capital, liquidity position, and capital allocation decisions. Implement strong internal controls to safeguard assets and prevent financial risks. Analyze sales performance, contribution margins, and product profitability by category or branch. Oversee tax compliance, financial audits, and regulatory reporting requirements.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. MBA or professional certification (CPA / CMA / ACCA) is highly preferred. From 10 to15 years of progressive financial experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Proven experience within Clothing Retail, Textile Manufacturing, or Sporting Goods companies is strictly required. Strong expertise in retail financial management, inventory control, stock turnover, and margin optimization. Solid understanding of cost accounting in textile or apparel environments. Deep understanding of cash flow management and working capital optimization. Strong analytical, strategic, and decision-making skills.
