Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Property Consultant based in New Cairo. The Senior Property Consultant will be responsible for providing expert consultation to clients, managing sales processes, and maintaining excellent customer service. Responsibilities include engaging with potential clients, understanding their real estate needs, identifying suitable properties, and negotiating deals effectively.
Qualifications Strong Consulting skills with the ability to provide tailored property advice and solutions. Excellent Communication and Customer Service capabilities for building and maintaining professional relationships with clients. Proven expertise in Sales and Real Estate sectors, including knowledge of market trends and negotiation tactics. Self-motivated and goal-oriented with problem-solving skills. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred. Previous experience in the real estate industry and familiarity with the local market is an advantage.
