Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt, for a Property Consultant within the real estate sector. The Property Consultant will provide expert advice, guidance, and support to clients in finding suitable real estate opportunities. Key responsibilities include consulting clients, understanding their needs, facilitating property transactions, maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets through strategic negotiations and communication skills. The role also involves staying informed about market trends and working closely with developers and stakeholders.
Qualifications
Consulting and Real Estate market expertise to guide clients and understand their property requirements. Strong Communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining client relationships. Customer Service skills to ensure a positive client experience throughout the property journey. Sales skills with a focus on negotiation, achieving targets, and closing deals efficiently. Knowledge of the local real estate market in Egypt is highly desirable. High level of professionalism, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail. Proficiency in relevant software tools and technology applications for real estate management. A bachelor's degree in business, real estate, or a related field is preferred.
