Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Qesm El Maadi for an English Chat Technical Support Specialist. The primary responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries via chat in a professional and timely manner, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing effective solutions to meet customer needs. The role also involves maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and feedback, collaborating with other team members to address complex issues, and ensuring maximum customer satisfaction.
