Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Software Engineer Technical Lead. In this role, you will oversee software development projects, manage a team of developers, and contribute to hands-on coding and implementation. You will design and deliver scalable back-end solutions, ensure adherence to best practices in software engineering, and collaborate with stakeholders to align technical initiatives with business goals.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Computer Science principles, such as algorithms, data structures, and software architecture Expertise in Back-End Web Development and creating scalable, efficient systems Hands-on experience in Software Development and advanced Programming skills Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and modern design patterns Skilled in leading software engineering teams, mentoring developers, and managing workflows Experience with cloud platforms and modern development tools is a plus Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
