Job Summary:
- The Brand Manager at SG Group is responsible for the development and execution of the brand strategy across 5 branches ++.
- This role ensures consistency in brand experience, drives customer engagement, and supports branch-level marketing initiatives.
- The Brand Manager will act as the link between the head office and branches to ensure proper alignment between brand vision and customer-facing execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy & Identity Management:
- Implement and maintain a strong and consistent brand identity across all 5 branches.
- Develop local marketing campaigns that align with central brand strategy.
- Ensure that visual merchandising, in-branch branding, and customer experience reflect the brand standards.
Branch Performance Support:
- Coordinate with branch managers to support service promotions, product launches, and events.
- Analyze each branch's performance and suggest marketing or operational support to enhance brand impact.
- Conduct regular field visits to audit brand compliance and gather customer insights.
Customer Experience Management:
- Ensure all branches deliver a consistent and high-quality customer experience.
- Analyze feedback, reviews, and NPS (Net Promoter Score) to improve services.
- Work with the training department to ensure staff embody the brand’s values and tone.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and people & culture teams for integrated campaigns and brand initiatives.
- Support internal brand communication, staff engagement, and incentive programs.
Data & Reporting:
- Provide regular reports on brand performance, customer satisfaction, and campaign effectiveness.
- Monitor competitors and market trends to keep the brand fresh and competitive.
Qualifications & Skills Required:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.Minimum 3–5 years of experience in brand or retail management.Experience in beauty care, retail, or service industries is a strong plus.Strong communication, leadership, and customer-oriented mindset.Ability to travel between branches regularly.Proficient in MS Office, marketing tools, and reporting dashboards.
