Role Overview


We’re hiring a senior Brand & Social Content Designer to take full ownership of our visual identity and social content execution.


This is a full-time, on-site role for someone who is not just executing designs, but thinking long-term about brand systems, performance, and scale. You’ll be responsible for creating high-quality visual content across all digital touchpoints while gradually taking ownership of social media execution and strategy.


Initially, you will work very closely with the Marketing Lead on social media planning, posting, and performance analysis. Over time, as systems and standards are established, you’ll be expected to manage this function independently and eventually lead the content/design department as the company scales.


This role is ideal for a senior designer who wants ownership, impact, and the opportunity to build something long-term.


What You’ll Own

Visual Content & Brand Identity:

  • Design high-quality graphics for social media, blogs, website content, and marketing campaigns
  • Create carousels, infographics, static posts, reels visuals, and motion-based assets
  • Design blog visuals, banners, thumbnails, and newsletter graphics
  • Develop marketing materials such as pitch decks, presentations, email visuals, and case studies
  • Create ad creatives optimized for paid campaigns (CTR and conversion-focused)
  • Support company-wide design needs (events, internal materials, training content, templates)


Brand Consistency & Style Guide Ownership:

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive brand style guide covering: Color palettes, Typography, Image and illustration styles, Logo usage, Visual tone and formatting standards
  • Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and assets
  • Update and refine the style guide as the brand evolves
  • Ensure external collaborators and freelancers follow brand standards


Social Media Content & Execution:

  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing Lead on social media strategy and execution
  • Design and publish content across platforms such as: LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube (thumbnails, banners, overlays), X (visual-led posts)
  • Develop and manage a 30-day visual content calendar
  • Ensure platform-specific optimization for formats, sizing, and trends
  • Engage with audiences through comments and messages when needed


You will not be expected to do this alone from day one. The goal is to transition ownership gradually until you can confidently manage social content end-to-end.


Performance, Testing & Optimization

  • Track and analyze content performance (reach, engagement, follower growth)
  • Run A/B tests on visuals, layouts, formats, and CTAs
  • Identify which content styles perform best and double down on them
  • Compile weekly and monthly insights and present clear recommendations
  • Use data to refine visual storytelling and content direction


Collaboration & Leadership

  • Work directly with the Marketing Lead on campaigns and brand direction
  • Collaborate with: Video Editor, UGC Creator, Paid Media Manager
  • Enhance raw UGC with professional design and branding
  • Support internal teams with design needs (onboarding, internal docs, guides)
  • Over time, take a leadership role in building and guiding the content/design function

Skills

You’re a strong fit if you have:

  • Fluent/native English
  • Proven experience managing or heavily contributing to social media content
  • Strong understanding of brand systems and visual consistency
  • Experience using analytics and performance data to improve content
  • Ability to balance creativity with structure and performance goals
  • Strong time management and the ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Clear communication skills and comfort working cross-functionally
  • Interest in long-term ownership and leadership, not short-term execution
