Role Overview

We are hiring a Mid-Level Backend Engineer to work directly with the Chief AI Architect in Cairo.

You will build the core orchestration and API layer powering our voice-based clinical triage system. Your work will be deployed in real healthcare environments.

This role requires strong backend fundamentals, API architecture experience, and comfort working in structured, production-grade environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement secure RESTful APIs (FastAPI / Node.js)
  
   
• Build orchestration layer for voice-AI triage workflows
  
   
• Integrate ASR / TTS / LLM providers via API
  
   
• Develop session management and state handling logic
  
   
• Implement structured logging for clinical validation
  
   
• Design database schemas (PostgreSQL preferred)
  
   
• Build scalable backend services ready for sovereign cloud deployment
  
   
• Implement authentication and role-based access control
  
   
• Collaborate with DevOps for containerization and deployment
  
   
• Prepare backend architecture for Azure migration
