We are seeking a skilled and proactive Maintenance Engineer – Electromechanical to oversee the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical and mechanical systems. The ideal candidate will ensure equipment reliability, minimize downtime, and maintain safety and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on electromechanical equipment.

Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults efficiently.

Maintain and repair motors, control panels, pumps, compressors, HVAC systems, and power distribution systems.

Inspect equipment regularly to ensure proper functionality and safety compliance.

Respond promptly to breakdowns and minimize production downtime.

Prepare maintenance schedules and ensure proper execution.

Coordinate with production/operation teams to plan maintenance activities.

Maintain maintenance logs, reports, and documentation.

Monitor spare parts inventory and request required materials.

Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.

Participate in installation and commissioning of new equipment.

Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions.

Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment performance.
