We are seeking a highly disciplined and safety-driven Fleet Coordinator with a strong background in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) to support our oil and gas operations in Egypt. In this critical role, you will oversee the deployment and maintenance of a rugged vehicle fleet while ensuring strict compliance with Egyptian petroleum industry regulations and the strategic safety goals of the Ministry of Petroleum and Mineral Resources. You will act as a guardian of safety, contributing to the industry's "Goal Zero: No Harm – No Leaks" initiative by mitigating the unique risks associated with remote site access, hazardous material transport, and challenging environmental conditions. This role also includes responsibility for financial verification related to fleet operations, specifically managing vendor invoices and cost tracking.


• Coordinate deployment of vehicles, heavy equipment, and crews to remote drilling sites and production facilities across Egypt.• Monitor journeys via GPS/telematics, enforce Journey Management Plans (JMP), assess route hazards, and ensure driver readiness.• Develop, approve, and close out journey plans, documenting deviations or incidents for continuous improvement.• Review and verify invoices from transporters, fuel suppliers, and vendors; allocate costs, resolve discrepancies, and track budget vs. expenditure.• Implement HSE protocols for HAZMAT transport (crude oil, produced water, drilling chemicals) per ADR and EGPC standards; ensure vehicle safety equipment and environmental compliance.• Conduct driver inspections, maintain qualifications, deliver safety training (Toolbox Talks), and monitor telematics for risky behaviors.• Maintain records, report KPIs (Cost/Km, fuel usage, safety), and prepare for audits with entities such as Petrosafe.Skills & Competencies• Expertise in Journey Management and desert logistics.• Proficient in fleet telematics, GPS tracking, and MS Office (Excel).• Knowledge of EGPC safety regulations and ADR standards.• Basic accounting/bookkeeping for invoice verification and cost allocation.• Bilingual in Arabic & English; strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.• Valid Egyptian driving license.Working Conditions• Mix of office and field work, including visits to rigs, vehicle yards, or inspection centers.• Able to work in extreme desert conditions and varied terrains.• Rotating schedules or extended hours possible; travel to remote locations and camp-style stays required.Qualifications• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's in Safety, Logistics, Business, or Accounting preferred.• 4+ years in fleet coordination within Egyptian Oil & Gas (Western Desert operations preferred).• HSE experience in high-risk environments; experience handling invoices, POs, and basic financial reconciliation.
