Technical Support Engineer & Coordinator
Responsibilities:
- Act as a communication link between customers, technical team, and management.
- Prepare periodic performance reports (number of calls, response time, recurring issues
- Coordinate spare parts availability with warehouse and procurement
- Regularly update the database that's related to technical support department
- Participate in regular team and departmental meetings

- Maintain systematic filing of job sheets and administrative documents
