Job Summary:

• The Club Manager is a senior leadership position responsible for the overall strategic and operational management of a single sports club.
   
• This role ensures the club's financial targets, operational excellence, and member satisfaction goals are consistently met. The manager oversees all departments, drives membership growth, and fosters a high-performance culture to deliver an exceptional experience for all members and guests.
   

Job Responsibilities:

• · Provide strategic and operational leadership for all club departments, including sports activities, facilities, security, and member services.
• · Manage the club’s full profit and loss (P&L) statement, developing and adhering to budgets for revenue, expenses, and capital projects.
• · Develop and execute strategies to grow the club's membership base and ensure high levels of member satisfaction and retention.
• · Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Deputy Managers and departmental heads, fostering a collaborative and service-oriented culture.
• · Ensure all club operations meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
• · Act as the primary liaison for members, the central management team, and external partners.
• · Develop annual business plans and objectives for the club, aligning with the company's broader strategic goals.
