Overview:

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent. This role requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and a passion for finding the best candidates.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Source candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Manage the candidate experience and ensure a positive impression of our company.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide guidance throughout the recruitment process.
• Negotiate offers and onboard new hires.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives to enhance our company's reputation as an employer of choice.

Skills & Technologies:

This role requires expertise in recruitment methodologies, talent acquisition strategies, and HR technologies. Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills are also essential. You must have prior experience within Architecture and Engineering recruitment.
