In 2021, we expanded into the catering and F&B sector with a clear vision: commitment to craftsmanship and quality, which has evolved into an ambitious family enterprise. Drawing on a range of diverse backgrounds, our team is united by a singular aim—to establish a distinguished presence in the deli industry. We are excited to announce the upcoming launch of our two new ventures, Baked & Brewed Bakeries and Capybara, scheduled for 2026.
Position Overview:
· Direct administrative processes to ensure seamless office functionality.
· Manage office budgets, handle invoice processing, and maintain accurate expense tracking.
· Oversee supply inventory and coordinate procurement activities.
· Supervise and support office personnel, promoting a collaborative team culture.
· Develop and implement organizational systems to optimize workflow and efficiency.
Requirements and Skills:
· Demonstrated experience as an Office Manager or in a comparable administrative position.
· Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail.
· Strong negotiation capabilities alongside proven budget management experience.
· Proficiency in multitasking and prioritizing tasks effectively.
· Comprehensive knowledge of office management software and MS Office Suite.
· Strong numerical aptitude.
