Job Purpose
As a member of the Emirates Cabin Crew, you will be the face of the airline, ensuring passengers feel comfortable, supported, and safe throughout their journey.
This role goes beyond customer service — safety is the highest priority. Cabin crew members are responsible for managing aircraft services, security, and safety procedures with confidence and professionalism.
Successful candidates will receive world-class training at Emirates’ state-of-the-art training facility in Dubai.
Qualifications & Requirements- Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality or customer service.
- Positive attitude and ability to deliver excellent service in a multicultural team environment.
- Minimum education: High School Certificate (Grade 12).
- Fluent in written and spoken English (additional languages are an advantage).
- Minimum height: 160 cm, and able to reach 212 cm while standing on tiptoes (to access emergency equipment).
- No visible tattoos while wearing the Emirates cabin crew uniform.
- Must meet UAE employment visa requirements.

Salary & Benefits
Your monthly pay consists of:
- Basic Salary: AED 4,980
- Flying Pay: AED 69.60 per flight hour (average 80–100 hours/month)
- Overseas Meal Allowance (for night stops)
Average Total Monthly Pay
Approximately AED 11,244
(~ USD 3,100 | EUR 2,600 | GBP 2,280)
Approximate figures for Grade II (Economy Class).
