Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Scrum Master to lead and coach multiple Agile software development teams in delivering complex, high-quality software products. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Agile principles, strong facilitation skills, and experience working in fast-paced, enterprise-level software environments. This role requires excellent leadership, technical awareness, and the ability to drive continuous improvement across teams.
Key Responsibilities: • Lead Multiple Agile Teams: Facilitate and guide 2-3 Scrum teams through Agile ceremonies and best practices. • Facilitate Scrum Events: Own and drive Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives. • Partner with Product Owners: Ensure well-defined, prioritized, and refined backlogs aligned with product strategy. • Remove Roadblocks: Proactively identify and eliminate impediments that hinder delivery. • Coach & Mentor: Develop team maturity by promoting self-organization, accountability, and technical excellence. • Metrics & Reporting: Track velocity, burn-down, and delivery KPIs to provide transparency and forecast release timelines. • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with engineering leads, product managers, and business stakeholders for alignment. • Drive Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of innovation, feedback, and process enhancement. • Scaled Agile Practices: Preferably worked within scaled frameworks for enterprise level delivery.
Required Qualifications: • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field. • Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM II or higher) – Advanced certification preferred. • 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in software development environments. • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and scaling models. • Proven experience working with distributed teams and large-scale software projects. • Familiarity with CI/CD and modern software delivery practices.• Expertise in Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence. • Knowledge of Agile metrics, OKRs, and value delivery measurement.
