Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Account Manager based in Alexandria, Egypt. In this role, the Senior Account Manager will oversee and manage client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty. Responsibilities include strategic planning, identifying growth opportunities, monitoring project progress, and ensuring deliverables meet client expectations. The role demands effective collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive results and provide exceptional service for customers.

Qualifications

Account management, client relationship building, and strong interpersonal communication skills Strategic planning, problem-solving, and decision-making competencies Experience in managing and overseeing cross-functional teams and projects Knowledge of digital marketing, CRM/ERP solutions, and media production is highly advantageous Adaptability, proactive approach, and strong ability to meet deadlines Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a relevant field Prior experience in similar roles or industries is strongly preferred
