Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Property Advisor located in Qesm El Maadi. The Property Advisor will oversee property sales and management by engaging with clients, providing expert advice on investments, and delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include conducting market research, maintaining client relationships, and supporting decision-making to ensure a seamless buying or selling experience for clients.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to interact effectively with clients and build relationships. Knowledge and experience in Property Management and Investments to provide expert advice and manage property transactions successfully. Understanding of Finance to guide clients through financial considerations and provide professional investment analysis. Proficiency in negotiation, sales techniques, and market research is preferred. Proactive and dynamic individual with problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Familiarity with the real estate market in Egypt is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
