Job Summary: We are looking for a responsible and target-driven B2C Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling our services directly to individual clients, handling leads, managing follow-ups, and closing deals while maintaining accurate data on the CRM system.
Key Responsibilities: -Handle inbound and outbound sales activities. -Convert leads into paying customers. -Achieve assigned monthly sales targets. -Maintain and update customer data on the CRM system (preferably Odoo). -Conduct follow-ups and nurture prospects through the sales funnel. -Provide professional consultation to potential clients about our services. -Submit regular sales reports and updates.
Requirements: -2+ years of experience, bachelor's degree in a related field -Previous experience in sales. -Experience in service-based industries is highly preferred. -Background in the education sector is a strong plus, experience in selling service. -Experience using CRM systems, preferably Odoo. -Strong communication and negotiation skills. -Responsible, committed, and target-oriented personality.
Work Conditions: 8-hour shift (rotational shifts). Rotational days off (2 days per week, not fixed). On-site work from the company headquarters. Work Location: Sheraton.
