We are seeking an experienced and visionary Senior Urban Planner to join our team for a large-scale mixed-use development project on the North Coast. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the planning and execution of a landmark coastal destination. Key Responsibilities:Lead and coordinate master planning activities for a large-scale coastal development Prepare land use plans, zoning layouts, and infrastructure frameworks Conduct feasibility studies and site analysis (environmental, traffic, utilities, and demographics) Collaborate with architects, engineers, consultants, and government authorities Ensure compliance with local planning regulations and environmental standards Support stakeholder presentations and planning approvals Requirements:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, or related field10+ years of experience in large-scale or mixed-use developments Strong knowledge of coastal planning regulations and sustainable development practices Proficiency in planning and GIS software Excellent coordination and project management skills
