Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Ecommerce Specialist based in Cairo, Egypt. The Ecommerce Specialist will manage online sales platforms, analyze sales data, develop and implement marketing and sales strategies, handle customer inquiries, and ensure an optimal user experience. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring website performance, creating product listings, coordinating with other departments to align on goals, and providing exceptional customer service to drive sales and improve customer satisfaction.
Qualifications Strong expertise in E-Commerce platforms and Sales strategies Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills Proficient Analytical Skills to assess and enhance online performance Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred Familiarity with digital marketing tools and techniques is a plus Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
