About Us:BACE Design & Build is a multidisciplinary firm specializing in integrated design and execution. We are expanding our team and seeking a highly organized and experienced BIM Coordinator to ensure seamless coordination across all project disciplines.
Job Description:We are looking for a detail-oriented BIM Coordinator to manage BIM workflows, coordinate between teams, and ensure high-quality model delivery throughout all project phases.
Key Responsibilities: • Develop, manage, and update BIM models across different project stages. • Coordinate between architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines. • Perform clash detection using Navisworks and resolve coordination issues. • Maintain BIM standards and ensure compliance across projects. • Prepare coordination reports and manage model audits. • Support design and site teams with BIM-related technical issues. • Lead coordination meetings when required.
Requirements: • 5–6 years of experience in BIM coordination. • Advanced proficiency in Revit. • Strong experience with Navisworks. • Solid understanding of construction drawings and detailing. • Strong communication and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work full-time from the office.
