Job Description:· Client Acquisition: Identify and attract potential clients interested in purchasing properties.· Consultation: Provide expert advice to clients on property prices, mortgage options, payment terms, financing options and customize solutions by conducting a deep dive analysis of the application, credit profile, financials, and ensuring options offered fit within the guidelines of the buyer.· Market Analysis: Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the real estate market to offer informed recommendations to clients.· Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.· Sales Support: Assist clients throughout the property buying process, from initial consultation to closing the deal.· Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as mortgage and legal teams, to ensure a smooth and efficient process for clients.
Requirements· 1+ years of sales experience in Real-Estate or Mortgage.· Strong communication & negotiation skills.· Commitment to achieving goals.
