About the Role This is a full-time, field-based medical device sales role. The job is not office-based and not suitable for candidates seeking desk, hybrid, or pharma-style promotion work. You will spend most working days inside hospitals building relationships with physicians and clinical teams. The sales team meets once weekly in the office for planning, reporting, and coordination. Products You will promote and sell interventional and diagnostic medical devices, including:Coronary stents and balloons Catheters and introducers Congenital occluders Tumor markers Semi-automatic biopsy needles Bone marrow biopsy needles Target Customers Interventional cardiologists Radiologists Pathologists Cath lab, radiology, and pathology staff Hospital decision influencers Key Responsibilities Daily field visits to hospitals and medical centers. Building and maintaining long-term professional relationships with doctors and clinical staff. Promoting medical devices through scientific discussion and product demonstration. Supporting procedures when required and following up post-use. Managing accounts and territories independently. Achieving individual, target-based quarterly sales objectives. Continuous follow-up with customers. Weekly reporting and planning during office day. Mandatory Requirements (Read Carefully) Applicants who do not meet these criteria are not suitable for this role. Education:Bachelor’s degree in Science, Veterinary Medicine, Nursing, or Agriculture Pharmacy graduates are not targeted for this position Experience:0–3 years experience in medical device sales Experience must include hospital-based selling Pharmaceutical-only sales experience is not accepted Work Style:Comfortable with daily outdoor hospital work Able to stand for long hours and move between hospitals Not suitable for candidates seeking office or administrative roles Location & Mobility:Based in Cairo Willing and able to travel to Alexandria, Delta, Canal cities, Fayoum, and Beni Sueif Car ownership is strongly preferred (motorcycles not accepted) Skills:Good English (spoken and written) Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills Self-driven, disciplined, and able to work independently Compensation Competitive basic salary Transportation allowance Individual, target-linked quarterly commission Structured training on products and territory Important Notes This role is for junior, field-oriented candidates aiming to build a career in medical device sales, not management or office roles. Candidates with senior-level expectations or salary-driven pharmacy profiles should not apply.
