Job Description:Prepare and deliver technical proposals, including scope, timeline, and cost estimation, in coordination with the Authorized System Integrators. Support Authorized System Integrators to select the material & equipment according to the project specification. Attend clarification and kick-off meetings with Authorized System Integrators. Support Authorized System Integrators to prepare all required documents for approving the technical submittal (IO list, control diagram, system architecture, bill of materials, sequence of operation, compliance sheet…). Conduct Design and sales training for our Authorized System Integrators. Update Authorized System Integrators about new released products.
Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in electrical, mechanical, or Electromechanical engineering. At least, 3 years of experience in Building Management System's field. Strong knowledge of HVAC equipment (Functionality, logic, and sequence of operation). Strong knowledge of BMS and KNX system's topologies. Strong knowledge on BACNet. Ability to generate schematic diagrams and Riser diagrams of BMS components. Strong knowledge on how to build system Input / Output list, select the right controller and expansion modules, and select the right system licenses. Knowledge of Tridium Supervisory Controller. Presentation and ability to conduct training for system integrators. Knowledge of how to select and size the damper’s actuator, Valves & Actuators, other field devices.
