Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Assistant Manager role, based in Heliopolis. The Assistant Manager will oversee daily operations, assist with project planning and execution, and ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards. Responsibilities include supervising team performance, managing budgets, coordinating with stakeholders, and implementing operational strategies. The Assistant Manager will also ensure safety and compliance with regulations throughout all project stages.
Qualifications Project management and leadership skills, including the ability to manage teams and coordinate tasks effectively. Strong organizational and operational skills, including planning, scheduling, and resource management. Knowledge of safety regulations and quality control standards in the contracting or construction field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with team members, clients, and stakeholders. Proficiency in preparing reports, managing budgets, and leveraging technology for project oversight. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant professional certifications and prior experience in project leadership roles are a plus.
