Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marine Solutions Sales Engineer located in Hurghada, Red Sea, Egypt. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, presenting marine solutions, and providing technical support to ensure client satisfaction. Responsibilities include conducting product demonstrations, preparing proposals, nurturing relationships with key clients, creating new clients and achieving sales targets. Offering training sessions for marine systems and operations. The role requires close collaboration with the technical team and regular visits to customer sites.
Qualifications Strong knowledge of Marine Operations and Maritime solutions is essential. Experience in working with marine-related systems or understanding of their marine requirements. Proficiency in handling Boat and ship-related technologies, along with relevant experience in the industry. Demonstrates capability to conduct Training sessions related to marine systems and solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and maintain relationships with clients. Problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills associated with marine propulsion and power generation equipment. Bachelor’s degree in Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field is preferred. Prior experience in sales or a customer-facing technical role is a plus. Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is beneficial.
