Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an English Technical Support - Chat Only position based in Qesm El Maadi. The primary responsibilities include providing high-quality customer service and technical assistance via chat. The role involves addressing customer inquiries, offering guidance, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will represent ETISAL International with professionalism and ensure timely resolution of customer concerns, maintaining the highest service standards.
