Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an English Contact Center Voice & Non-Voice Specialist located in Cairo, Egypt. The role involves managing customer interactions through both voice and non-voice channels, providing exceptional customer service, and addressing customer inquiries. Responsibilities include communicating effectively in English, assisting customers with concerns, offering support, and maintaining accurate records of interactions. The position also involves collaborating with team members and contributing to achieving overall customer service objectives.

Qualifications

Proficiency in English Teaching and Communication skills Experience in Customer Service with a focus on providing responsive and effective support Ability to manage Translation tasks with accuracy and efficiency Experience in conducting Training sessions and fostering knowledge development Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle customer concerns calmly and professionally Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment Prior experience working in a contact center or BPO environment is a plus
