Egy Cham is hiring Senior Maintenance Engineer for one of our clients in Food & Beverage Manufacturing Industry.
Role Description Lead and supervise preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities for production lines and utility systems. Ensure high equipment availability and operational efficiency, minimizing production downtime. Develop and implement maintenance schedules and maintenance plans aligned with production requirements. Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring breakdowns and implement sustainable corrective actions. Manage spare parts planning and ensure critical components are available when needed. Ensure strict compliance with food safety standards, GMP, and health & safety regulations.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. From 3 to 5 years of experience in maintenance engineering in food manufacturing or processing plants. Strong knowledge of production machinery, packaging lines, utilities, and automation systems. Hands-on experience with PLC systems and preventive maintenance programs. Solid understanding of food safety, GMP, and industrial safety standards. Strong troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skills.
