Key Responsibilities Conduct keyword research for You Tube content. Optimize video titles, descriptions, tags, and metadata. Develop monthly content strategies based on search trends. Analyze competitors and identify growth opportunities. Improve click-through rate (CTR) through title and thumbnail recommendations. Monitor channel analytics and provide performance reports. Collaborate with the content and design teams. Requirements2-4 years of experience in You Tube SEO or video content optimization. Proven experience growing You Tube channels organically. Strong understanding of You Tube algorithm, CTR, retention, and watch time. Experience with tools such as Tube Buddy, Vid IQ, or similar. Ability to conduct keyword and trend research.
