Role Description This is a contract hybrid role for an Odoo Implementation and Functional Consultant, based in Cairo, Egypt, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Consultant will analyze and map business processes to Odoo functionalities, support the implementation, and provide functional consulting for clients. Day-to-day tasks include gathering and documenting requirements, configuring Odoo systems, providing user training and support, troubleshooting issues, and liaising with technical teams for customizations or enhancements.
Qualifications Strong analytical skills to interpret business requirements and translate them into actionable solutions Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients, teams, and stakeholders Understanding of business processes including operations, inventory, manufacturing, accounting, sales, procurement, and CRMExperience in consulting and guiding clients through software implementation and process improvement Proficiency in Odoo ERP systems Basic knowledge of finance processes and financial systems is a strong advantage Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field Proactive and solution-oriented mindset with the ability to manage time effectively
