Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Front Desk Agent role located in Alexandria. The Front Desk Agent will be responsible for welcoming and checking in guests, managing reservations, answering inquiries, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with other departments to meet guest needs, processing payments, and assisting in maintaining a seamless front desk operation to ensure guest satisfaction.
Qualifications Excellent customer service and communication skills to assist guests and resolve any issues promptly Proficiency in handling reservations systems, data entry, and basic administrative tasks Interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle dynamic work environments Previous experience in hospitality or the service industry is a plus Fluency in English; additional language skills are an advantage Proficiency in using computers and office software
