Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt, for a Training and Development Specialist. The specialist will be responsible for designing and implementing effective training programs, developing curricular resources, and conducting training sessions. Day-to-day tasks include creating instructional materials, evaluating program effectiveness, and delivering engaging workshops to support the professional growth of employees and clients. Establishing strong communication channels and fostering a supportive learning environment will also be key responsibilities.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in Training, Training & Development, and Curriculum Development Proficiency in Instructional Design and creating engaging educational content Excellent Communication skills for effectively engaging with diverse audiences Experience in delivering training sessions and workshops with measurable results Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to dynamic learning environments Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred Familiarity with the creative or edtech industry is an advantage
