We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Senior HR Talent Acquisition to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities:Recruitment Strategy:Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to attract top talent. Analyze the company’s future HR needs and develop plans to meet these requirements. Leading the Recruitment Team:Manage and guide the recruitment team (Talent Acquisition Specialists/Recruiters). Monitor team performance and motivate them to achieve recruitment goals. Attracting Top Talent:Design innovative talent acquisition programs (e.g., university programs, partnerships, social media campaigns). Build a strong network with potential candidates and rare talents. Managing the End-to-End Recruitment Process:Oversee job postings, CV screening, and interviews. Ensure an exceptional and efficient candidate experience from start to onboarding. Performance Analysis and Measurement:Track key recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, offer acceptance rates, and quality of hire. Provide regular reports to senior management on talent acquisition performance and future needs. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field (Master’s in HR or Business Administration is preferred).5–10 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, with previous experience managing a team. Advanced knowledge of modern recruitment tools and strategies. Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills. Ability to think strategically and provide innovative solutions to recruitment challenges.
